Enchanted by Nature ownership disabled

I purchased Enchanted by Nature before trying to install Sims 4 onto my new computer, and I have kept getting the "Game ownership disabled or deleted" error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, clearing the cache, restarting the app, restarting my computer, and anything else that the live chat personnel have suggested trying. I have even submitted a ticket for this bug. Please help.

I hope you figured this out but in case you haven’t, the same thing happened to me and I got it to work. I’m on a windows pc but what you need to do is open the game, go to Marketplace, My Collection. Press Pack Selection and make sure all your Add-Ons are checked. Hit confirm and press restart now when it asks. It’ll open back up and then it should be active and available.
