Hello! I was wondering if someone could help me with my EA app. I am having trouble logging into the actual app. When I go online, I am able to connect my account.
I have tried linking and unlinking my Google account. I have tried restarting my wifi and running diagnostics on it. It is Error code: EC:10005 - every time I try to open the app on my Mac. The message pops up that "The app couldn't connect to EA's servers. Check your internet connection, and try again."
Any suggestions?? Thank you!
Hi! I've been experiencing the same error for two days... I've tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the router, changing Ethernet to Wi-Fi, and nothing works...
