I have a Mac and my EA app won’t launch due to the error code 10005. I know I have a stable connection yet this issue has persisted for months and nothing has seemed to fix it. I can’t clear the cache as I cannot open my app. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it from the EA website but it keeps coming up with the same error code.

same lots of people are getting it it just happen lats night for me I think the EA team are working on it not sure but lets hope I what to play sims 3
