Hello, I keep getting error code EC:10005. I know it isn't my internet connection, as I have a good connection on everything else. I have tried different troubleshooting ways.
- Rebooting my computer
- Updating the EA App
- Clearing Cache through App Recovery
- Using Task Manager to clear things.
- Repairing the EA app.
Yet, none of these things seemed to work out. I am just wanting to play the sims 3. Even if I somehow manage to get the Sims 3 open to it's launcher. It will say I do not have any packs, which if false. I do have packs.

Hah you got the invisible background ea app page? I got that for like a second and it disappeared again. I thought I was making progress. Mine just shows the box with he error code and the two options.
