I’ve been unable to access the EA app on my Mac for several months now, as I constantly get the EC:10005 error, even though my internet connection is working properly and all other applications function without issues.
In my first contact with EA Help, I was advised to launch the app in Safe Mode, and it worked correctly in that environment. However, once I restarted my Mac in normal mode, the app stopped working again and the error reappeared.
Later on, I was instructed to use Terminal commands to reset network settings. After doing so, the app worked briefly, but unfortunately, the error returned after just one use.
In a third attempt, I was referred to this forum as a final option. I’ve already followed every recommended step provided so far, but I still haven’t found a permanent solution.
I’d really appreciate your support in resolving this issue, as I’ve exhausted all options on my end.

I've split your post from a Sims 4 thread as your issue is with EA App and not TS4. Merged into the master thread on the issue but the solution (for visibility purposes only) is to refer back to customer support which you've already done :(
