Community ManagerLook, the problem is that my region is blocked. 2 days ago, I was playing Battlefield 6 without any problems until 12 CEST. Then there was an update, and I can't launch the EA app and, consequently, Battlefield 6 due to the region ban. But I live in Ukraine. Could you tell me why two Ukrainian cities, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, were blocked from accessing the EA app? As far as I know, your games aren't blocked in Ukraine.
try change your region in your pc i hope fix or try support to EA
I think its Mistaken Geolocation: Apparently, when changes were introduced into the system to comply with these sanctions (blocking access to the occupied territories of Ukraine), an error occurred in geolocation/IP address detection. City Block: The cities of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, which are under Ukrainian control (with Zaporizhzhia having never been occupied), have been mistakenly included in the list of restricted regions.
