So, like many others, this problem started for me around October 10th. I wrote in the relevant topic about my problem, but quite a bit of time has passed, and new players with the same problem have only become more, so yesterday I wrote to technical support and opened a case, but apart from useless advice, I received nothing, so I was advised to wait until tomorrow, I waited, and what you see is that the case has the status "unable to fix".
and although most players with this problem live in Zaporizhia, I live in Khmelnytskyi and have the problem, while my friend, who lives literally a hundred meters away from me, doesn't have it, and I have to use a VPN to do anything to solve it
