For more than a week, players from Zaporizhzhia and Kherson have been unable to access the EA app. During this time, the company has provided no explanation or comment. This prolonged silence gives the impression of territorial discrimination and raises serious concerns among Ukrainian users.
Please note that Zaporizhzhia and Kherson are fully under Ukrainian control, and blocking access appears as indirect support of aggression against our country. This is unacceptable for an international company with a global reputation.
We demand that EA immediately provide an official explanation for the access restrictions and restore access for all legitimate users in these cities. Failure to respond or take action promptly will be interpreted as deliberate discrimination against Ukrainian players.
Hello, thank you for sharing this. I've been posting many threads on it. I am in Zaporizhzhya and experience the same problem. So far no explanation or fix for this. Our cities are NOT occupied. Having spent money on a product we love, we expect and deserve to use this product, there should be an explanation from the company, and if they are unable to fix it - a full refund.
I hope our voices are heard. Because now it feels unfair, and we feel excluded for no reason.
