My App keeps saying "There's a problem with your download" ..

even when clearing the cache it still states that i cant repair my game and when trying to load without repairing the game it completely crashes. I spent way too much money on this game for me to constantly give me problems. Please send Help!!!!! 

Edit: It only happens with the Kids room stuff pack. that stuff pack gives me an error when downloading it back or repairing.
