I only have one account and entered the correct email and password. It said I entered the wrong password (which I didn't) I got so frustrated, in the end, that I just deleted the app and will continue to access my games through Origin, Maybe others have not had a problem

It would be good to get this working within the EA App since the time may come when Origin isn't available. If you change your mind, reach out again or you can open a case with an advisor here. They can be sure you're using the right account.
I will try again when I have more time/patience. Maybe I was just unlucky. I'm not a fan of Origin and got really excited about running my games without using them. Thank you for your response
update, I just installed the EA app again and, this time, it opened with my account. I was really happy, until . . . Sims 4 base game is there but none of my expansion/stuff packs and I don't see anywhere to install them again
oops ignore last reply, packs all installed now, I had to log out of EA app and restart my pc. tried again and everything was installed. Got there in the end 🙂

I installed my sims onto another pc as mine runs badly. It installed everything aside Outdoor retreat, I can't play without that it will ruin my game. It wants me to buy it AGAIN???

Let's check to see if it's installed in the app. Try going to Manage > Manage Add-Ons. Is it installed there? Also, do you have the CAS demo currently installed? Thanks!

EA app deleted all my games and additions for the sims 4, BUT I BOUGHT IT. It tells me to buy them again. Isn’t it unfair? How to fix it?- EA_Aljo2 years ago

Try clearing the EA App cache with the steps here.
Did you also try what I suggested previously?
Yes, I did everything, but nothing changed. I also tried to install the game again, but there is only a base, I mean without my additions, it tells me to buy it again
