I recently logged in after downloading the new EA app and my Sims games were all there and their expansions, no problem. Fast forward to today, NONE of the games are in my library. It says I own the main game, Sims 4, but all the expansion packs say I need to pay for them again. I'm very upset by this. Anyone else dealt with this or had it fixed by EA? I did send in a support ticket
Ok I was just reminded after a search that the mods and stuff are what is installed in my documents folders but so actually it is like my games have been uninstalled and I did not do it.
So I am not having this exact issue. But my issue that today after I went to launch the app, it updated I guess and then relaunched and now it says I have not installed Sims 4 or any of the expansion packs and um yes tf I have. they have been installed for a minute. I did notice that it wants to install them into a completely different directory, so do you know if that is something new because I am not about to reinstall it and take up more space on my PC.
