sims 4 says not longer available or purchase (catchyos)

i tried to download sims on my PC i log into my account but it says i cant download the game, i tried logging into my cousins account and that worked fine and could download the issue is only on.  my account. i also tried installing and reinstalling ea launcher multiple times.
