Summary: I receive an error when trying to download games with my ea play pro subscription. I receive the following error: "You don't have access. We've canceled the download because you don't own this game. To play, go to the Game Hub to get the game." Installing previously bought games from my library is no problem, because my account owns those games.
I tried all the troubleshooting steps recommended by EA agents, clearing cache, msconfig, reinstalled EA app etc. I got refunded and canceled my subscription and renewed it, waited 24 hours as advised: same result.
Chatted with many different agents who could not provide any solutions. Issue seems to be on the backend. Help!
