Dead email connected to my Account

I was attempting to connect my Xbox Account to my EA new account but was told I was unable to because it already had connection, when checking I saw that my account had made a EA account a while back connected to my old email, which was deactivated, when attempting to remove the connection of it, it asked me to verify with email (I logged in using my Microsoft account connection)

Anyway to get help with this?
