Dead email connected to my Account

I was attempting to connect my Xbox Account to my EA new account but was told I was unable to because it already had connection, when checking I saw that my account had made a EA account a while back...

    if you don't have access to the e-mail of an account anymore, please contact EA Support, so they can help you regain access to your account and you can unlink your platform account.
