Hey "community managers" anyway y'all can give the correct info and tell us that live chat doesn't exist. Let's submit a ticket and not get a case number. If you want to post a video on how to contact this so called "live chat" i will take everything i said back and move on with my day. I JUST WANT TO UNLINK MY ACCOUNT AND I DO NOT. I REPEAT I DO NOT have access to that email anymore and I CAN NOT get it back . Thanks so much :)
I have the same issue, i'm trying to unlink my psn account from an old EA account i don't use from back in 2009. The email doesn't exist anymore so i can't unlink it put it on my current EA account.
I got the same problem cant change settings because its wants me to verify an account which is not mine. The username is not mine but its linked to my xbox account.... EA has no way to contact me because its not my EMAIL... this has to be a joke so many threads about this and EA does nothing to help

Same here... Thousands of us... So stupid. If I failed to prepare for this in my job I'd be dismissed. This will impact sales. This will increase demand on staff... Everyone suffers... But the idiots who failed to prepare. I'll never watch twitch again for a beta code... The only reason me and 6 friends got this code is because we were robbed last game...broke on day of release and we were all refused a refund. As it stands 2 of us have this issue...
I'm sure EA WANT to help.. maybe their even trying to. But they failed to prepare for an obvious issue. Poor performance
We are in the same boat i have an early access code from twitch which i am trying to redeem on this ea which i cant do anything about it because im locked out and someone changed my username and email I guess THANKS EA!
