EA is issuing problem with loading took long time

Hello 

I want speak to EA Agent about my PS5 Pro with EAFC26 on FUT I was not happy with that because keep loading long time and keep failed all time nearly one month also I been report to my sky broadband and BT Openreach as well they are both say look fine no problem with line and broadband is fine and WIFI is fine everything is normal and good but they think EA is problem with my PS5 Pro that why I get fed up with EA I try find where EA chat on live I can’t find it them and I been restart ps5 and clean all in my ps5 like everydays made me so tried and fed up with that  

please can help me for advise
