Games Not Playable

Hi there. What is happening when you try to link your gamertag?

This is the message I get. I have microsoft acount and ea account same email. Please do not refer me to ea sport I need a solution. I have paid for these games and cannot play them. It is very frustrating. 

Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for ab*****@yahoo.com was previously linked to the Xbox account for Titan Spirit10. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime.

This message means that the Xbox gamertag you're trying to use was already linked to your EA account, but no longer is. At some point it was unlinked. You will not be able to link a gamertag to that same EA account. You will either need to use a different gamertag or create a new EA account and link your existing gamertag to it.

are you saying i can create a new ea account and match the gamer tag on my xbox and it will link up?

No. You would need to create a new EA account and link your gamertag. However, it won't be carrying over any content or progress from the previous account. If you haven't spoken with an advisor yet, it would be good to run it by them in case there's anything they can do to help. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here.

If those games were purchased through Xbox, they would remain on your account. You would lose the progress on any EA games when linking your gamertag to a different EA account.

i finally figured it out.. did lose all my game history but can actually play now.. wasted a week of my life trying to get help on this yall need to “Simplify” that is redick
