Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.
After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.
I see you've already created a couple cases, so at that point you just need to wait for support to review the situation and get back to you. I would avoid opening new cases as having multiple open cases will actually slow down a response from support, not make it arrive any faster. You can keep an eye on your case history page here for any updates once the support team gets to your case.

You think that helps ? Why EA dont have a live customer support ? i buy a new game on steam but i cant play cause my EA acc has been hacked so i cant acces to play the game ! . i cant even unlink cause somebody hack my acc and change everything .

There are both live chat and email options available, just depending on what you had selected when creating the case initially.
If you weren't seeing the live chat option, try creating a new case here and selecting Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account. It may also be worth checking that you don't have any ad or pop-up blockers enabled that might prevent the chat window from appearing from that point.
