Help EA!!!
EA requested me several times to reset my password and I did, but I still cannot play any EA game. After I reseted the password the game still gives me errors. It tells me "Welcome back! Your login credentials have expired, but all you need to do is reset your password. Scan the QR code or use the URL below to get started, or to get help if you're having trouble."
After several times of resetting the password, the same exact message pops up. I've been dealing with this for years now. Please, if someone knows, I need help with this!

If this message keeps popping up after you've reset your password multiple times, our support may need to take a look at the account and see if any other details need to be updated so you can get back into the account.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can help verify and update any necessary information.
