I cannot delete my EA Forums Account

I have tried with 6 different chat support specialists to delete only my EA forums account, they all tell me their "tool" does not allow them to do this. 

They refer me to higher ups, I get an email from them

They tell me to contact chat support and do exactly what I have already done.

I have verified my identity with chat support, I have stated in the clearest terms what I need them to do, they all tell me that they cannot do it due to their tool not allowing them to. 

Nobody will help me, they just keep saying try again, do what you have already done, talk the chat support guys again.

Please for the love of god, will somebody help me get my EA forums account deleted without deleting my actual EA account. 

I am so sick and tired of this process, this is week #3.
