I cant unlock loba and ash, but I had them

Hi everyone

I had Loba and Ash for a while, even their heirlooms, but for half a year now they are locked for me, and I cant unlock or use them at all. I tried repairing, downloading on different apps and platforms, but nothing helped. My small account is working, so Its not my game nor my pc. PLS someone help
