    Hi there,

    I completely understand why you’d want to know more about what may have triggered the action on your account, particularly after playing Battlefield for so many years without previous issues. Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide detailed information on the forums about how the anti-cheat system works, what may have been detected, or how individual enforcement decisions are made.

    From the screenshot you shared, it looks like you’ve already submitted a dispute and that it’s currently waiting for review. At this point, the best course of action is to give the team handling your dispute time to complete their investigation and provide you with the outcome. I know waiting for an answer in a situation like this can be frustrating, but they’re the team best placed to review the action on your account, and there isn’t anything further we can do from the forums while that review is still in progress.
