Linking EA account is a deathloop

Hello everyone.

I'm having trouble with linking my EA account to my PSN account.

Many many years ago I had my EA account linked to my PSN account (I've only had ONE PSN account),
and whenever I try to link my EA account to my PSN account, then it says my EA account is already linked to "78*****@disabled.ea.com" which dont make sense.

I only got one EA account- which is this one.

What the heck can I do?

    Case closed again, no answer, no solution, psn still linked to this  0c*****@disabled.ea.com adress. That's it, i give up. no chat, no answer to 8 cases, no working phone number. Nothing. 

    I have never seen such horrible customer service, never had a problem to reach, ubisoft, activision, sony etc... but EA impossible. 

    They do not want me to play their games, fine. At least my wallet will feel better. Battlefield 6 is looking good, but they don't want my money it seems. Im out.

  • I have 2 accounts. One for PC, one for Playstation. Recently there was open beta for BF6 thay had early access from twitch drops. So… I got my drops but linked to my PC account, but I play on PS… So, just to play early I just unlinked from other account and linked to this one, with drops. Big mistake. But now Im f**** because I cant go back. And I didn’t know my game progress will be gone from all PlayStation EA games. I lost hundreds of progress in Battlefield games and other games… Tried support 2 times and there cant switch it. I dont know why its so restricted. These are my 2 active accounts… Whats the problem in linking it back? So I feel you bro

    I got a mail today asking me to make another ticket as they saw that my last one was still open after a week. So i made another case, but to be honest i have not much hope anymore, i've sent so many cases allready, with no answer. I even add everytime a screenshot from my PSN account, but nothing changes.

    The best I can advise is to open another case if you don't get a response within 48 hours. Also, do not resume an existing case. That will pull it from the queue so an advisor won't see it and respond. Once a case is submitted, wait for a response

    Hey, im LuckyDragon6967, but with my real EA account that got banned for no reason after sending 2 cases, i got it unbanned. Thats my account from 2012, that got the same mail as my PSN account, so this should be my main account, but my PSN is not linked to this account. and if i want to link it, i get the error its allready linked to a disabled EA account. And no i can't load in any multiplayer game, i play on PS5, so when i launch a game it ask me to change password, as my account is disabled, i only see the disabled adress. 

    And still no answer of the team. So i guess EA games are dead for me now.

    I tried to install NFS 2015 and it wont let me enter the game.

    It want me to sign into my EA account, which I cant.

    Are you able to load into any of our games with the account you're having trouble with? If so, it's possible you can see your email address somewhere in the settings. Otherwise, the best I can recommend is opening another case with support. You might want to try email instead of chat.

    Hey, i have the same problem, but i have no idea what mail is linked, i opened multiple cases over the last week, to ask to remove the link so i can link it to my actual EA account, i made 5 or 6 cases, never got an answer, they where all set to solved, or impossible to solve, with 0 answer.

    So i tryed joining a live chat, its totally impossible, i get like 100-500 minute timer that never reaches 0, it allways goes a bit down and up again. even letting the pc on the same page for 3 days in a row.

    I tested even with VPN, to change region, same problem, never got a chat.

    So i can't play any EA games, i missed the 1st Battlefield 6 Beta allready, and the second its dead too now.

    So what should i do?
