Missing my pre-order phantom edition items

So I ore-ordered battlefield 6 and I still havent been able to access my items they are all locked and when I go to buy phantom edition as it tells me to I get an error message (most likely because I already own it) another thing is on the campaign highres textures it says purchase to play and won't let me install them. Ive already had an email from support saying this has been fixed but it hasn't for me ive tried every troubleshoot
