I have followed all the necessary steps related to this issue, but my problem has not been resolved. I reached out to support through Epic Games, where I made the purchase, and they mentioned it is an issue caused by EA.
I have not received any support from EA representatives regarding this issue. I purchased a 12-month EA Play membership on 28.01.2025, and I am unable to play any games due to this issue. Could you please assist me?
