2 months agoTesting the support here p1usmunus and I'm able to create a case with our support.
To verify account ownership specific info will be requested by our team and if the info you provide does not meet that criteria then I'm sorry to say but there is nothing we can do to change this.

Sorry to say p1usmunus but this is not something that we can do.
To open a case you need to do so here: https://help.ea.com/en/
If your case is not showing or the option not there then you can try a different browser.
