Unable to Receive Verification Code for Two-Factor Authentication
Hello everyone,
I’m having a persistent issue with enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on my EA account, and I’m hoping someone can help.
Whenever I try to set up 2FA, I choose to receive the verification code by email, but the code never arrives. I’m using an Outlook/Hotmail email address, and I’ve checked:
- My inbox
- Spam/junk folders
- All email filters and rules
- Email storage space (there’s still plenty available)
I’ve also tried the following steps without success:
- Clicking the “Resend Code” button multiple times.
- Logging out and logging back in before requesting the code again.
- Waiting several hours to see if the email was delayed.
- Trying on different devices and browsers.
Despite all of this, I have never received a single verification code email from EA, which means I can’t complete the 2FA setup.
If anyone has experienced this before or knows a workaround, please let me know. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
