Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

A few days ago I tried to login into my old account to unlink steam. The problem is ea doesn't send me 2fa verification code. I contacted support and they sent me this link and said to reach live chat support (Screenshot 1)

There is no option to contact live chat there. After that they just closed my case. So I opened a new one where I spesifically stated that I need to contact with live chat support. After waiting for another 2 days thay send me this (Screenshot 2)

Link is different now but it literally goes to the same page. The case status is now "whaiting on player". Like what do you want from me? THERE IS NO OPTION to contact live chat. I wrote it in my case. What exactly does your support team not understand? At this point I am not even sure that these cases are beign reviewed by real people. And the fact that I have to wait 2 days for each of these responses...

I have all required information to login into my account. This problem isn't coming from my side. Can you provide me an actual support on this matter?

    Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

    Sorry, but I don't provide assistance over DMs. 

    I have just tried going through the steps on the EA Help site without logging in, and was able to launch a live chat without a problem (I used Edge on PC and Chrome on my phone). You could try doing that if you haven't already.

    After I click "Contact us" only circle appears and stays turning, nothing really happens when we are in need of help..

    Tried with US Vpn (US IP address) but there seems to be no difference.

    I'm trying to launch EA FC 24 but:


    Tried to do what popup windows says but there is no difference when trying again, the error stays the same.

    ITzJosh1995​ depending on the topic selected, you might not get the option to start a chat. Usually, if you select "Update EA account" in the help topic, you get the chat option.
