Help me, The Ea folder does not appear in the document folder or in OneDrive, and i can not open the game

    The EA folder should be located under Programs.

    The only thing in your document folder is the saved data.

    Are you getting these exact error codes?

      I have the Ec:10607, but  the Ea folder does not appear in document folder, so i can not follow the steps to solve it, help me please

        The EA folder should not be in the Documents folder at all. Only your game's saved data will be.

        Check this one instead:

        C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
