12 Days Without Resolution - Unacceptable Support Experience
I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration after waiting 11 days for a response from EA Support without any meaningful resolution.
I have reported an issue that prevents me from creating or renaming squads and changing my club name, and the following error messages constantly appear:
- "Failed to create a squad"
- "Failed to rename squad"
- "Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players…"
This happens even when I use neutral terms like "Squad123", "Test123", ''12345'' and many another words. There are no restrictions or penalties on my account, and I have followed all troubleshooting steps—yet nothing has worked.
The lack of support and communication from EA is beyond frustrating. 12 days without any progress or response is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling like no one at EA actually cares about fixing the issue or supporting paying customers. I’m reaching out here because it feels like the support team just doesn’t care.
This problem is ruining my gaming experience, and it's hard to see how EA can let this slide without any urgency.
Can someone from EA step in and fix this? I expect better, especially after being loyal to the company for so long.
