Hey, thanks for your answer, im connected through ethernet cable. I'm 100% sure that it's not about the internet. It only happens in FIFA, and nobody has any trouble with the internet.

You've got some packet loss and an 85 is on the lower end of connections. Most likely, this is due to the high amount of bandwidth since you're sharing a connection with everyone in your dorm. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can really do to help if you don't have access to the router. The best I can advise is to make sure you're using an ethernet cable that is at least Cat 6.

That shows some of your games are on wireless and some on a wired connection. You've got packet loss. Which I would expect with the connection in a busy dorm. Unfortunately, we can't help with this as the issue is not coming from our end and you don't have access to the network equipment to troubleshoot.

Moreover,
1- I guess my connection are fine and is on green status with low packet loss.
2- I don’t have other games and i am using cable input.
I'm on a PS5 in Canada and have the same problem, as well as other problems that I have replied to on here. It seems to happen most often in the store and during squad building. The most annoying time is during a game when you're given a 3-0 loss. I'm on a cable connection with 1gig mps download speed and I tested my connection and I get anywhere up to about 850mps download and 20+ upload speed.????
I have the same problem and I'm on a 1 gig cable connection, which I don't share with anyone.??

What I mean is, you don't have access to the network equipment to perform troubleshooting. Such as power cycling according to these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

Hi and thanks for getting back to me. I went into settings and turned on the Ping and Connection Indicators. Which screen are you referring to - the in-game screen?
I have other issues, such as I can't save my camera settings, I have to reset them before each and every game.

It tells me it can't run the test as I haven't played any on line games in the past week, which is not correct.

That means you're logging in to the wrong account. You need to log in to the same account you play FC 24 on. To find that, when in the game, go to Customize > Online Settings > EA Account. That is the email address you need to log into for running the test.

I really don't know why that would be occurring then. I can see you have an Ultimate Team on the account you're posting with. We can go through the connection troubleshooting steps. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
If that doesn't help, try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
I am also having issues with my connectivity. Poor PING causing the game to glitch and drop occasionally. Attached is the heath report you asking another member to run. I have 800mbps through Xfinity. My PS5 is on wifi about 20 feet from the router. Playing FC 24 Ultimate Team. Already tried fixing it with Xfinity but they said it isn’t an issue on their end.

The wireless connection is most likely the issue. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?
It’s close by but in a different room. It doesn’t feel like a few sheets of sheetrock, some 2x4’s, and a fridge should interfere with a modern gaming system and expensive internet reliably communicating. I can be on my phone in the backyard making wifi calls. I’m on a PS5, it should be able to have strong connection.
I can stream videos etc no problem, just when I play it lags. Just doesn’t seem right. Feels like as technology gets more fancy it gets more unreliable too. Sigh.- EA_Aljo12 months ago

That will make a difference. A few sheets of sheetrock, 2x4s and a fridge aren't the only things in the way. There most likely is a fair amount of wiring. Interference can also come from other devices. If you could try using a wire as a test, this will help narrow down whether or not this is a wireless issue.
I aslso have the issue of getting booted out of both the menus and the games. I did the Connection Quality Report and the screenshot is provided. I dont understand the issue.

Can you get a screenshot of the match history as well? That is on the left side of the Connection Quality Report screen where it says Match History.
Ok, i tried everything but i get lost connection all the time, cant get in to the ultimate team, it said that i lost connection to the servers... my connectio works great, dont have any issues on other games, only this ****... Check the attachment
