You can run the connection test.  Here is ea explaining how to do it. If you are getting high ping its likely your isp as it doesn’t look like a server issue.

Unfortunately you won’t find any help here. 

No one from EA will admit any issues with gameplay or servers. Instead, RS appears without fail to suggest it’s your connection. 

These forums are now beyond a parody of itself.

RadioShaqs​ yes three times 100 % every test at Ea test. Also did regualery connection test at three diffrent sites, and got 980 mbit in every test, then I logged in booth Cod and Fortnite and have my regualery 10 ms ping and fantastic server connection, tried EaFc25 for and cant turn my players, the team dont respond, the gameplay is like my players running in deep mud,, the menus are slow, yes it seems to be a server issue, my dad work with and programming and when i showed him the game he said that it 1. Connects to overfilled bad servers, 2. That the servers are just bad in general, he also tested other games and said that 10 ms in ping and fantastic serverconnection in all of them but somehow iam connect to bad servers with Eafc25.

You can always post your screen shot in that thread and have ea go over it. The other sites are not going to give you as accurate of a test. More times than not they auto pick the closest server. You can see in that thread people with connection issues are showing it’s on their end not the server.

This is literally the 10th post I’ve seen saying the same thing about the gameplay in maybe 2 days.. mine is exactly the same, every other game I play is perfect, when I play fifa it’s unplayable. 

Then you get radioshaqs saying the same thing to everybody, wait for it….. it’s your connection. When you send in your connection report and it shows 0.03% packet loss, somebody from EA on here will tell you it’s the packet loss causing delays when in reality, 0.03% would have absolutely zero effect.. 

We are ALL absolutely sick of this dreadful gameplay, I hope everybody complaining doesn’t buy FC26 like myself smh

You should explain that high packet loss doesn’t mean anything to ea in that thread. Maybe ea will look into it being a server issue.  To me it’s pretty obvious from that thread it’s not a server issue. Plus I’ve never had delay. But my opinion doesn’t matter get an answer from ea if you want. 

Can you kindly tell me why 8 months into the game I still have to pause it before the game kicks off to change my team depth in team management because no matter what I change it to, it resets to 70 ? 

I don’t work for ea. That’s why I said post in there so you get answers from ea. 

So if you don’t work for EA, why are you the first person on here answering queries on their behalf? why are you the first person on the forum to respond, defending EA?? if you don’t work for EA you should stop the above because we want to here from EA themselves!!
