I have not been able to play ultimate team once this year due to every time I click to go on it says you cannot connect at this time and will be returned to main menu, after speaking to 10+agents on help chat they have no idea or urgency to help with the release of eafc 26 coming out, it looking like I won’t be able to got on their either after retrying to get on eafc 24 ultimate team with no much either any ideas ??

EA_Darko hi I have tried different networks and different service providers at different locations, I have tried all troubleshooting steps that the ea advisors have given me on the chat nothing, but my brother can get on ultimate team on his account in the same house on the same network.

Community ManagerIf our live support team were unable to solve it and it's working on another account then honestly the best thing would be to play on the account it works on.
It may be that there is a ban on your account you are not aware of. Have you spoken with Xbox support?
