I have it on Steam, Ultimate edition, bought directly from Steam store, no keys or something weird. I have 2 Steam Deck, but I did not install it there since it says unsupported. I installed it on my desktop PC only.

I installed it in/uninstalled from multiple SSD, launched from EA, went offline in EA launcher then open the game then go online in launcher then try again ingame, from .exe file directly, checked some things from right click .exe properties, from Steam, cleared Windows 11 cache from many locations including appdata an other locations, cleared and uninstalled EA Play completelly, tested Wi-Fi connections, ethernet, no proxy, DHCP and static LAN IP, etc. I also paid for 1 EA month subscription on Steam as someone said that having a sub may work.

It says "This EA Account is restricted from accessing any online features" usually at start and somewhere in between menus, but in menus usually shows server error or unavailable. I play offline and keeps showing that.

If you want me to test something I can try.
I can install Steam on another laptop I have and test it if you think this may do something about it.

I too am having this issue I went to EA support and I was sent in circles I tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions from EA live chat support any help would be appreciated thanks.

also, to double-check, you are both sure to be logged in with the correct EA account into your EA app that is linked to your Steam account?

You can confirm that in your account setting that the correct account is linked: https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

Could you also try uninstalling the game everywhere else and launching it directly via the EA app, if that works?

Accounts are linked and I have tried uninstalling from everywhere still nothing

I also have the same problem and I also cannot play. I've tried to clear my ea cache, reinstall, only launch from EA, turning off my login verification and nothing has worked. The 7 days of pre-release is almost over and I haven't been able to play once.

Thanks for the additional info. I'll forward it to the team. This is a really weird one, but if any of you folks have further insights or tried something that worked, please let us know.

I have the same issue. Bought ultimate edition on ea play and I can’t connect at all tried multiple solutions it’s been 5 days now

@EA_Vendcera any updates on this issue? The game fully released and I still cannot play, pre-release week is over and ultimate edition is wasted.

"Some features have been disabled because the EA application was launched from another application" I also encounter this similar error. I purchase the game through Steam and I cannot play any online mode. My opponents enter the game while I am playing, but immediately after the error disappears, the game closes and this error occurs when the game is open in the background. However, when the game is closed, the EA application restarts itself and the error disappears. There is no resource on the internet in this region. Please provide a solution, otherwise this game has no meaning.

Any ETA or update about this?

@hack2s I'm currently still collecting some further examples for the investigation. It seems like a pretty obscure issue that only very few players are experiencing, like this thread shows.

f219028c-41cb-4118-88fb-2824942462bf   I deleted and reinstalled the game, deleted and reinstalled the EA app and even the Steam app. I deleted and reinstalled the game, it didn't work. I even reset the computer. This is a very interesting situation. After a video I saw on YouTube, I put all EA-related sections in automatic mode from the services section of Windows and disabled Windows virus protection. It seemed to be getting better for a while, I played a few matches in Rivals, the next day I experienced the same problem again when I logged in. I don't understand how this problem suddenly appeared when I was able to play every mode without any problems when I first bought the game. I couldn't find a clear solution. @EA_Vendcera i tried signing in from another a different device connected to a different wifi and it stills says the same thing. Is this an account issue then?

Please I paid too much money to get this broken game, I can't refund also. We require updates or whatever it is to know what is going on or what to do next.
