Ultimate Team Freezing

Starting up my game fine, connecting to EA server fine. But as soon as I try to load into Ultimate Team it stuck there, waiting for 3 business days then it finally decides to work, moving around in the menu is fine, checking my squad fine, playing a match works perfectly, then I decide to do some SBC works fine, but as soon as I submit FREEZE!!! 

Wait it out for 10 mins works, open my pack the it says "There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team server".

Algood I'll just restart my game, console and modem. 

10 mins later I start everything up and I've still got the same problem. 

This is all on PS5 btw

Now I'm stuck in a loop like Dormammu vs Dr Strange. 

EA help a brother out please 🙏
