Skill Changes

Make flair nutmeg and directional nutmeg two different keybinds. I hate being 5 star needing to nutmeg quickly and having to wait for the long flair nutmeg animation. 

Also make fake left and go right and fake left and go right skills  different keybind to the elastico. I want to do flair skills without trading away functional ones
