Cannot make substitutions in Division Rivals

After severals reports am still having having that issue with substitution in game ! Ones i press Pause and heads to team management i cannot change make substitutions and cannot even go out of that menu !! I need to wait until the countdown finish to heads in match ! I thought the issue was with my console and i contacted customer support and necessary has been done ! From Deleting the game and reinstalling  , reatore licences and even factory reset my console but the issue persist ! So its a ingame issue ! Please ea to fix that issue ! Second patch already live but issue persist so nothing has been done yet .
