Division 3 and still averaging 10+ goals a game!!!

I thought maybe as i reached higher divisions the game play would get better and defense would actually improve.   Wrong!   Still averaging well over 10+ goals a game.  It is 9-2, 7-5, 4-8,8-7,6-3...
