evolution bug

I can t belive that the support team send us here to solve ower problems first of all. I had a chain evo from futgg done it untill "winger transformation".Did it once , the card stayed the same , did it twice , nothing happened. Now the card is unusable , money spend on that evo and still no solvings.I can t go further with the evo because of jesus christ knows what.
