After updating pc, the response very slow. The control problem still exists

After updating my computer, the response became very slow. The control problem still exists. I closed the application.. and repaired the game files again.. and the problems are still there.. I am sorry to say that they increased after the update... PlayStation players do not suffer from these problems.. I am in many forums.. and most of the problems are from computer players only.. so please find us a solution.
