Anyone Experiencing FPS Issues in Clubs & UT?

I am experiencing a serious performance issue in EA FC 26 that occurs only in online modes. In Pro Clubs and Ultimate Team matches, the game stutters heavily, feels like the FPS is dropping, and overall smoothness is completely lost. On the same system, offline modes such as Kick-Off and Career Mode run perfectly smooth, which makes me believe this is not a hardware-related issue. I am using a laptop with an RTX 3050 GPU and a Ryzen 5 5500H CPU, and despite lowering all graphics settings, disabling V-Sync and Dynamic Resolution, locking the FPS, confirming the game is running on the high-performance GPU, and setting the system to maximum performance, the issue persists. The stuttering becomes especially noticeable during kick-off, camera movements, and fast player actions. Since this problem only happens in online modes, I believe it is related to online mode optimization, synchronization, or a frame pacing issue within the game itself.  Is there anyone experiencing the same issue who has found a permanent solution?
