Cannot launch the game - PS5

The game has worked for the last 2 days, on launching today I am given the message in the image attached. I have no other storage devices in use on the ps5, and I'm not given the option to select a device, when I select ok it just repeatedly returns me to the same message. The only other save date is in cloud storage, I have tried synching, deleting cloud storage, turning cloud storage for the game, and starting the game offline and nothing works. I can't even get to the main menu, all I get is this message until I close the game. At this point I've even tried requesting a refund on the game as I can't access it but been told I'm not eligible as I've already downloaded and played the game previously.
