can't log into ult team

had this for 4 days now, asked agents on live chat for 2 days for help, nothing works, i can't log into ultimate team, when i try to it *INSTANTLY* shows the message 'connecting to ultimate team isn't possible at the moment. try again later.' i have no issue logging into clubs or any other mode

-side note; i have a pending message chat that it shows the red dot at the bottom corner, when i try to check it i can see the chat for almost a second in 'inbox' tab then it disappears completely with the red dot, maybe it's related to the bigger problem? i need help please and as soon as possible.

I have had the same issue for a few days. I tried everything... clearing cache, running as admin, changing DNS, etc. Nothing is going to work. Some of my friends are playing the game, so I guess it's not a server problem. I don't know.
