Can't transfer my FC points

I recently bought FC26 on the PS5. I played FC25 last year and I had FC points saved so I can transfer them over to the new game. However when I went on Ultimate Team, I was never asked if I would like to transfer my points. Both games are played on the same console with the same username and account.

I hope this can be resolved as I had a lot of FC points on the old game.

Hey almikyso you can find all the info around transferring points here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-sports-fc/transfer-and-convert-fc-points/

It is a one time only option and if you don't do it when offered then you will not be asked again.

I recently bought FC26 and when I went on Ultimate team, I was never asked if I want to transfer my FC points from FC25 to FC26. I am aware that it is a one time action but I haven't had the prompt shown so I can transfer them.
I am very disappointed because I had quite a lot of FC points on FC25 and also they are both played on the PS5 with the same account. Please can someone help me.

I wasn't asked about transferring my FC points. I've been playing these games for years and this is the first time I haven't been asked to transfer them
