Club matches being hosted on wrong servers
IMPORTANT: This is a message I got from a Brazilian, but the problem is not only localized in Brazil: also in many European countries, such as Italy, Spain and Portugal there is the same problem, it seems that it always connects incorrectly to the Paris server.
Currently, League/Playoff and Friendly matches between Brazilian teams in Clubs are being incorrectly routed to Chilean servers. This results in a fixed ping above 60ms (for those living in the Southeast region) and above 90ms (for players in the North/Northeast region), making the Clubs mode experience simply frustrating.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- The error is specific:
Curiously, in Rush and Improvised Match modes, when Brazilians play against Brazilians, the server connects correctly to Brazil (low ping). The routing error occurs exclusively in League/Playoff and Friendly matches.
- The "trigger" of the problem:
In League/Playoff, this routing to Chile has been occurring for several editions of the game.
In Friendlies, however, the problem started in EAFC26 specifically after Update 1.2.0, released on November 11, 2025 (about 30 days ago).
Before that, Friendlies worked normally on the BR server.
- Comparison:
In Ultimate Team, the Brazilian server works perfectly. This confirms that it is not a problem with user connections, but rather a matchmaking/route configuration specific to Clubs mode.
EVIDENCE:
I produced a video detailing the problem and showing the Chilean server active even in a 100% BR lobby. The content has already surpassed 100,000 views (combining Instagram and TikTok), with hundreds of identical reports in the comments:

THE WASTED POTENTIAL:
It's a shame to have to come here to complain about this, because the work done in Clubs FC26 is great, the best in recent years. The gameplay is fluid, the new features in the Seasons and the Builds are excellent. The change to consumables was very well received and the community is engaged.
However, maintaining this routing problem without any official communication is wasting all this potential. You got the gameplay and new features right, but you're getting the basics wrong: The Connection.
Who wants to play a mode with +60/+90ms latency?
WE REQUEST, PLEASE:
- An official statement on the reason for this routing (in the LEAGUE and FRIENDLY MATCHES);
- Confirmation that the team is aware of the bug introduced in Update 1.2.0 for Friendly Matches;
- A fix timeline.
