Connecting to Ultimate Team Not Possible (PS5)

Been having this issue since Tuesday. Can't connect to ultimate team on PS5 it initially started by booting me out of games now I can't even access ultimate team. And I'm from the UK on Virgin Media Broadband. Please can anyone provide me with a solution. It's so irritating not being able to play the game, I haven't been banned either as I can access the web app.
