Yes, same issue for me. Started happening from last weekend and have gotten worse with every day. Couldn’t play the game after last weekend. They say it is an issue with my ISP. I have filed a complained with them. I don’t understand what changed with them in last week. I also tried all above steps but nothing fixed the issue.
You can try to check if your ISP recently had any firmware update over last week.
Also, try to check if it works fine with Mobile Hotspot.
