Constant Server disconnects and crashes (Pc)

I got the EaPlay Pro subscription so I've had Fc26 since Thursday and everyday I've either had trouble logging into the Ea servers upon boot up or when I'm in the menus I'll disconnect from the servers randomly. Then sometimes when I am in the menus scrolling through objectives or even through the menu generally my game will crash and ill have to reload the game. I run a 7500F 5060 Ti so I'm unsure if the game is having general issues globally or it's just me
