Ive had the same issue since release. Tried everything under the sun, including downloading both the EA and steam versions, to no avail. Ive spoken with EA customer service and they have reported it to the dev team but no idea how long it will take to fix. Out of curiosity, what OS are people using. Im on windows 10 and wandering if its exclusive to that or not.
I'm also still on windows 10. Someone else with the issue upgraded to 11 yesterday and it fixed the issue for them, I'm gonna try that today
